Mabel Olea is a dancer and performer. She graduated from the Conservatori Superior de Dansa of Barcelona and specialises in Choreography and Interpretation. Online, via Instagram, she explores controversial concepts such as beauty, image, and/or appearance and develops a critical discourse against a comical and even acid backdrop. Interested in playing (literally) with her body, she bases her creative work on observing how it is flexible and malleable and proposes different limitless bodies based on the visual effect of complex positions.  Alongside her own work, she collaborates and works with other artists from the world of dance, performance, audiovisual arts, cinema, and theatre.
